Whistler Condo Policies Payment Affordable
Whistler accepts Visa & MasterCard. One night plus applicable taxes due at
time of booking, non refundable. Olympic
Bookings (Feb 1/2010 – Mar 1/2010) 50%
deposit at time of booking (non refundable) and the balance is due November 1,
2009 (non refundable) Parking Parking
for all units other than Alpenglow is complimentary.
Alpenglow parking is secure underground at $15/day and must be purchased
through parking meter located in underground parking area.
Affordable Whistler Accommodations is not responsible for lost or stolen
items as well as damage. Affordable Whistler Accommodations is not responsible
for towing charges. Policies Guests
signing and acknowledging reservation report agree to have read and understood
the reservation polices of Affordable Whistler Accommodations. Guest
renting property is responsible for ensuring each member of their party
understands and adheres to reservation policies.
Security
Deposit Affordable
Whistler Accommodations requires a security deposit of $500 ($1,000 for larger
units and extended stay rentals). Security
deposit will be credited back to credit card following guests check out and
provided there is no damage, missing items, pet/ smoke charges or excessive
cleaning required. All
units are non smoking. All units are not allowed pets.
Any property with evidence of pets or smoking having been in or occurred
will result in a $300 fee to clean and remove odour. Housekeeping Affordable
Whistler Accommodation’s properties are privately owned and fully equipped.
Each unit is supplied with towels, linens, toiletries, dish soap, etc.
Daily housekeeping is not provided however additional cleanings may be
pre-arranged for a small cleaning fee. Check
in Affordable Whistler
Accommodations will contact guests prior to arrival with detailed check in
procedures. Check in time is 4pm.
Early check ins may be arranged based on availability but must be
arranged with Affordable Whistler in advance. Check
in locations varies depending on individual unit.
Special check in arrangements can be made to accommodate unique check in
times. Check
out Affordable Whistler
Accommodations appreciates guests adhering to 10am check out.
Late check out may be arranged based on availability but must be arranged
prior to arrival. Failure to do so
will result in additional cleaning charges. Check
in times are 4 pm. Arrangement can be made, when available for early check ins.

In the event that the reserved unit is not available, Affordable Whistler reserves the right to change the unit to equivalent or superior quality.
